Shipping Within South Africa
We offer free standard shipping on every order delivered within South Africa. No minimum purchase required.
- Standard delivery: 3 to 7 business days
- Express delivery: 1 to 3 business days (additional fee applies)
- All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your doll arrives in perfect condition
- A tracking number is provided via email once your order has been dispatched
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.
- Estimated delivery: 7 to 21 business days depending on destination
- Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer
- Full tracking is provided for all international shipments
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging
- Please contact us at hello@evareborn.com to initiate a return
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
Damaged or Defective Items
If your doll arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Need to make a change? Contact us as soon as possible. We can modify or cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned under our returns policy.
